Thunderbird, LLC, through its newly created entity Metal Impact, LLC, completed the asset purchase of Metal Impact on January 15, 2010.

Thunderbird, LLC, is a General Partnership formed in 1999 by Kevin Prunsky and John Newell to hold selected assets used by Pollution Control Industries (PCI).

• PCI was formed in 1986 and provides environmental management services on a national basis.
 
• PCI employs approximately 400 people and in 2008, PCI had revenues of approximately $60,000,000.
 
• On May 30, 2008, the primary shareholders of PCI (Prunsky and Newell) sold a majority interest in Pollution Control Industries to Tradebe, SL, a Spanish privately held corporation and maintain on-going ownership and board representation.
