Metal Impact LLC is an ISO 9001:2008 registered company and is TS 16949 Compliant.

ISO 9001:2008 is an international quality system standard. It was developed by the International Organization for Standardization (IOS) for Quality Management Systems. This is governed by technical advisory group 176, managed in the USA by the American Society for Quality (ASQ), for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

A subcommittee of IOS was established to write an ISO 9001 interpretive guide for the automotive industry. The committee’s efforts resulted in ISO/TS 16949 interpretive guideline. The International Automotive Task Force (IATF) manages this guide.

The quality system requirements ensure consistency throughout the product life cycle to ensure customer requirements are met. Processes are continually monitored and measured to ensure their continuing efficiency and effectiveness. Customer specific product requirements are rigidly adhered to through a comprehensive series of reviews, testing and inspection processes.
