Metal Impact’s office and manufacturing facility is conveniently located approximately 20 miles from downtown Chicago.

• Our 166,800 sq. ft. facility is located just 15 minutes from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and is conveniently located within minutes of three major interstate highways.
• We operate in an industry where stringent quality requirements require sophisticated monitoring and testing equipment; we own our own quality lab where we use sophisticated testing equipment to ensure that the product being manufactured is of the highest quality and meets all customer requirements.
• We use information technology to ensure that quality standards are maintained. Inspection and process information, lot tracking, production records, and part drawings are all available on-line throughout the entire facility.
• In 2002 Metal Impact received its ISO/TS 16949 certification which is a requirement by the automotive industry to be a tier 1 supplier.
